We seek mature managers and
professionals:
- Who have graduate degree in any discipline with
a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and at least 2-3
years of business or professional experience, with
some management responsibility.
- Who are from diverse business backgrounds and can
make significant contributions to learning to their
classmates.
- Who are willing to make a two-year commitment to
the programme.
- Who view learning as a challenge and change as least
threatening.
- Who have the potential to assume senior management

Our students’ backgrounds are incredibly diverse.
They come from diverse industries with exposure to various
functional areas of management. The enrolling batches
are made up of students with an average experience of
seven years. They have achieved a measure of success
and are seeking to build on that momentum.
The caliber and diversity of the students and their
organizations are readily visible in our learning environment.
Peer to peer learning within and among study teams -
which incorporate individuals with diverse backgrounds
and complimentary skill sets - is critical to the programme.
