| The Executive PGDM programme
aims at providing individuals, who have already shown potential
in professional life, with knowledge, skills and tools to develop
their capabilities for further success in the fast changing
local and emerging international business environment. The organizations
of which they are members also benefit as a result of continuous
integration of their learning with performance on the job.
The structure and contents of the Executive PGDM are very
similar to that of the full-time two year PGDM offered by
TAPMI, Manipal. EPGDM is essentially an Executive MBA Programme
requiring 100 credit hours with a total learning time of 1000
class room contact hours.
Criteria for Award of EPGDM
Award of the EPGDM will depend on the student’s academic
standing as per the policies of the Institute. For successful
graduation, students are required to obtain CGPA of at least
2.5 with not more than two D grades in the entire programme.
Students are expected to complete the programme in the stipulated
period of two years. However, in exceptional cases, the Director
of TAPMI may permit a student to complete the programme in
a maximum of three consecutive years.
Within this period, the student is permitted to discontinue
only once. The student is required to apply for readmission
with a stipulated fee.
